Shipping Policy
Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday or Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days.
Shipping times
We ship from our warehouse located in Brisbane, Australia. We currently ship Australia wide with plans to expand to new countries in 2022!
- Orders shipping within Australia will arrive within 5-10 business days.
Shipping cost
- Orders shipping within Australia with an order value less than $84.99 or less before taxes will have a flat rate of $9.90.
- Orders shipping within Australia with an order value of $85 or more will have free delivery.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular prices merchandise within 20 days of that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
For all returns or exchanges –
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refunds, a store credit maybe provided after inspecting the returned goods by the customer.
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us via WhatsApp – +61 4350 09499. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your time frame for refunds and exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at malleebull.aus@gmail.com. We will assess the incident and send you a new order with brand new products immediately upon receiving the goods back into our warehouse.
Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping career, we will ship a new order out immediately or offer a gift card for future purchases.
